Now, anyone can transparently view the code and contribute to it. Most importantly, special privileges are granted exclusively to our Holders and Governance Members.

This open-source release is intended to enhance the transparency of the project and lay the foundation for talented developers and fans worldwide to come together and further develop the service.

Exclusive Benefits for Holders & Governance Members
While the source code is open, the right to Commercial Use is exclusively granted to those who contribute to our ecosystem.
Under the KPCT-SAL (Source Available License), holders who meet the requirements below are granted the license to use this source code to create and operate their own revenue-generating services (derivative works).
✅ Commercial Use Eligibility (Choose 1)
- NFT Holder: Own a combined total of 5 or more KPOP CTZen NFTs (V1 + V2).
- Governance Member: Own 50,000 or more HODDAO tokens.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must continuously hold the required assets in your wallet throughout the entire duration of operating the commercial service. (If the assets are sold or transferred during this period, the license rights will expire immediately.)
